Cole Leavitt grew up inside a real estate investment family, learning the business from the ground up long before he ever called it a career. Today he leads The King of Multifamily, advising buyers and sellers across South Florida.

From rent collection and property management to investment finance and ownership, Cole's early exposure created a practical understanding of how multifamily assets actually perform.
Early in his career, Cole was awarded the prestigious "Deal Maker of the Year Award" by the Palm Beach County Board of Realtors Commercial Division — recognition he carried into establishing Commercial Partners Real Estate Organization (CPRE) and The King of Multifamily brand.
Today, he applies that investor-minded perspective to acquisitions and dispositions throughout South Florida, helping clients make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.

A Miami native raised in a household of two real estate agents, Traci Hart grew up learning the business at the dinner table. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, she built a marketing career with a national company based out of Miami, sharpening her research skills, her eye for detail, and a persistence that gets things done.
When Traci returned to real estate, she followed her parents' footsteps into commercial — hired by Coldwell Commercial and mentored by a CCIM, her role was bringing out-of-state investors into the Florida market. She was an instant success, becoming a top producer in her office within two years with deals involving several Top 500 companies.
Three years later she moved her family back to South Florida and knew immediately that Commercial Partners (CPRE) was the right home. Since joining CPRE and The King of Multifamily team, Traci has excelled beyond anyone's expectations — she finds the deals everyone else is searching for.
In her spare time she enjoys biking, boating, yoga, and time with friends and family — always smiling, and enjoying life to the fullest.
